Mortgages for non-resident aliens.

Non-resident aliens who are interested in purchasing primary and secondary homes, and investment properties in the USA can qualify for mortgages from U.S. lenders. These mortgages are available to non-resident aliens with or without a green card, without a social security number, without a U.S. credit history, and without any U.S. banking relationships.

Borrowers are required to have a 20%-30% down payment... a 30% down payment allows the borrower to qualify on a stated income basis.

This mortgage is similar to 12 MAT or Pick-A-Payment mortgages which are low start-rate, interest only mortgages used by U.S. citizens for purchases and refinances... and provides four different payment options every month. The major difference being non-resident aliens are required to have a larger down payment.
